For nearly a quarter-century, Club Congress has been the epicenter of downtown cool—and under the stewardship of entertainment director (and semi-retired rock star) David Slutes, it remains just as vital and fun as ever, especially with the new permanent outdoor stage. You'll find musical performances by up-and-coming artists and local bands, live game shows, DJs and a whole lot of festivals, ranging from Dillinger Days to the Agave Fest to the Labor Day weekend madness of the Hoco Fest. We'll drink to all of that!
