The short and sweet version of this is as follows: If you haven't eaten at Seis Kitchen, you're seriously missing out, because this place serves up damn good Mexican food. While most people just consider "Mexican food" to be one generic slice of the culinary world, Seis Kitchen knows better. Seis sports a menu they say offers "the sights, smells and flavors of Mexico's beloved street food at its finest." They're obviously doing something (or a few things) right, because Seis has been featured everywhere from this contest to The Food Network, and they're now off to a great start at their new Joesler Village location in the Foothills.
